7 Days of Phase One and 7 Days of Phase Two
The Rice Diet is about more than just what you eat. To understand the program as it is practiced here in Durham, you will want to read "The Rice Diet Solution" by Kitty Rosati, MS, RD, LDN and Dr. Robert Rosati. You may also want to attend Rice Diet tele-classes or order the CD recordings of the classes.
The 14 day kit includes basic, healthy, whole food pantry items that can get you started while you read the book and make your own food plans. All foods in the kit are low in sodium and fat. We've included enough food for 14 breakfasts and 28 other meals. You will need to supplement EVERY meal with fresh fruits and/or vegetables. The kit specifies some recipes from The Rice Diet Solution.
