During this class we will continue our discussion about food and provide suggestions on how to best set the diet into operation to meet your personal goals and health conditions. Topics will include: Pantry Cleaning - Menu Planning - Grocery Shopping - Dining Out - Travelling

Note: This is the second of a two-part series although each class stands alone as a separate entity and purchase.

You can attend this class simply by calling us at the date and time specified above. A few days before the class is scheduled, you will receive a special telephone number and a security access code. A CD recording of the class will be shipped to participants by Monday, May 29, 2006 to listen to whenever a refresher is needed. CD and shipping are included in the price.
