These recorded lectures are 60-70 minutes in length and include an introduction to the diet, a discussion of Dieta (the original Greek word which meant 'way of life'), the basics of the diet (the food, in 2 parts) and other topics like weight and intimacy and binge eating (in 2 parts). The lecturers are frequent speakers at the Rice Diet Program.

The use of this journal is an important part of learning the healthy habits of your new lifestyle. It is meant to be an educational tool to help you increase your self-awareness, to increase your responsibility for your behaviors, and to help you in the ongoing monitoring of your progress.

Low-Sodium Healthy Food Staples
