  
This uniquely flavored balsamique has been made from the careful crushing of fruits in genuine balsamic vinegar from Modena. The lemon and ginger add a distinctive tart flavor to the balsamic. This is an excellent salad dressing (no need for oil) or wonderful as a marinade for vegetables or seafood.
This is not a sweet balsamic like the Villa Manodori (our most popular product) but it has a great flavor and has been fun for experimenting. Let us know if you come up with a new creative use for this product. 450ml (15.2 oz.)
